For those of you first entering our restaurant, don't be alarmed
when our sushi master shouts, "Iras-shai"! This simply means welcome and make yourself at home.

Here are some interesting tidbits about our restaurant:

If you have chosen to sit at the sushi bar, one of the first things you will notice is the large etched glass panel displayed on the back wall. .The emblem in the center is a traditional Japanese family Crest. It's origins can be traced back to the 10th century. The swords in the interior represent beauty and creativity.

The sushi bar is the heart and soul of our restaurant, this is where the sushi, sashimi, and some of the more exotic dishes are prepared. The guests sitting at the bar, predominately prefer items from the sushi menu. However, our entire menu is available.

When ordering sushi for the first time, ask for some suggestions from our wait staff, or order our "Sushi Virgin Sampler".

Another area unique to Japanese restaurants is the Tatami room.
